As a Site Personnel (General Labourer), you have a strong work ethic and desire to learn the tricks of the trade while maintaining a positive attitude and taking on the next challenge. You are someone who loves to be hands-on in the construction field – you are not one to sit back and watch others do work! This is an incredible opportunity to have a direct impact as a contributing member of the elite team we have assembled to deliver the award-winning Fusion Homes brand of customer excellence and quality to our homeowners.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Complete daily to-do lists and tasks as assigned with a high level of quality and attentiveness
- Receive and organize materials being delivered on-site (bricks, lumber, shingles etc.)
- Inspect finished product (cabinets, flooring) for deficiencies and colour variations, report inconsistencies to the GM
- Ensure sub-contractors adhere to Fusion Home’s safety standards and report/record any incidents; failure to comply to standards will result in a fine.
