My experience thus far has proven to be extremely well with the representatives of Fusion Homes who have provided continuous warm engagement and communication. With attention to all the details every step of the way, I have also been provided with prompt service and transparency so that I’m able to learn about first time home ownership.

I could not be happier with my experience!

I recently moved into a condo by Fusion Homes and have had an outstanding experience with the team thus far!

The timely manner in assisting me and professionalism that was demonstrated from Alyssia, Sylvia, Chris, Nick as well as the electricians in my unit was wonderful and I could not be happier! This whole process made me feel at ease knowing I have the support of the wonderful team at Fusion should I require their assistance in the future. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with how professional and efficient the Fusion team is!

I have built two homes with Fusion – and both experiences have been great! From the Sales Professionals to the GM’s – we were very happy with the overall process. Our most recent home is in Guelph and working alongside Mary was amazing. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me design my dream home. Our home is open concept and the finishes she helped me select create a true wow factor.

When my husband and I started looking for a home to buy, we were a bit apprehensive because we had previously relocated from another province to Ontario, and the area we bought we were not familiar with any on the builders. We went to a couple other builders first but we just did not feel the energy. Within seconds of entering the sales office we knew this was it. We were greater with such warmth and professionalism.

We have been in our Fusion Homes unit for 5 years now. We had a small issue that was definitely not something that would be covered under warranty at this point. A quick phone call to Fusion Homes had members from their warranty team here the same day to offer assistance. We really appreciate the continuing customer service and assistance from Fusion Homes.

The quality of the build, attention to detail, and service both during construction and after are always five star. Many of my clients have built more than once with Fusion. They also seem to have a very positive work culture as many of the employees I encounter are the same one’s year after year; and they are always smiling!

This was our second time building a new home and our experience has been top notch!
